Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure availability and maintain the quality of each experience, we kindly ask that all bookings are made with accurate service selection. Add-On Services: Add-on services are enhancements and must be booked with a qualifying main service. They cannot be reserved alone. Appointments booked incorrectly will be adjusted, declined, or rescheduled. Appointment Changes & Cancellations: We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made within less than 48 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. No-Show Policy: Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your appointment. Deposits may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment if notice is given within the required timeframe. Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Late arrivals may also result in modifications to your service to fit the remaining scheduled time. Booking Accuracy: Appointments must be booked according to the correct service and timing. Services booked into incorrect time slots may be adjusted or declined to maintain scheduling flow.
